not sure of the exact expiry period but it's more than a year so you'll be fine for April

Excuse me for stating the obvious but if any new Xbox One owner has a friend that has owned one for a year and has not already shared his console with another owner, Black Flag would be shared free to the new Xbox One owner, as would quality games like Tomb Raider 1. Plenty more too.

You can YouTube "game sharing on the Xbox One" and it's very easy. It's not illegal - it's actually Microsoft approved.
If not, Black Flag is a great game for £3.99 and yes, it has been cheaper and it has been free to download at some point but pretty much any game for a fiver that started off at £39.99 is a bargain on this console or the PS4 and you can't really go wrong for the price of a kebab!
