Yeah a "medium" Easter egg is what we would have called a very small Easter egg in the good old days.
When I were a nipper.. a Medium easter egg got you 2 full size choc bars not a bleedin fun sized mars bar.

So are they a hint to your date that you would like to hear the patter of tiny feet?

Saw these last week - assumed it was the standard price as the Creme Egg one now only has 1 proper Creme Egg in it :disappointed:

I thought the same:) I always end up paying £7 an egg from the coop as I leave it until the day before when everywhere has sold out

The word 'proper' being used very loosely there.

They have not been "proper" creme eggs since Kraft bought Cadburys and ruined the recipe by being cheap skates with the chocolate (no longer the Dairy Milk it used to be, now just sweet and sickly).

Just waiting for tesco to come in late as usual with their £2 buy one get 2 free offer

^ This. At least one of the retailers is bound to put the medium eggs on multibuy at less than £1 a piece. Only worth buying now if you want an early seasonal chocolate rush. At the risk of starting the debate all over again, that's one too many of the el cheapo chocolate Crème Eggs.
