No, the Ripley Edition has the 2 main additional contents (Crew Expandable and Last Survivor)

I found this: Although we’re sure they’ll both be available to buy separately, at the moment the only way to acquire Crew Expendable is to buy the Nostromo Edition of the game – which is around £4 more expensive than the standard edition. To get Last Survivor you have to buy the Ripley Edition, which also includes Crew Expendable but is only available from GAME and costs an insane £52.99.

got the XB1 version for 4 quid on amazon student some weeks back
good game... terrifying when I play it in the dark on the projector

Brilliant game is you like your story good & your atmosphere thick with fear. Also looks amazing on PS4 too. Definitely worth a tenner.
