It's definitely the 4inch version, and not the 4.5. Argos had the same bundle previously, which was also the 4 inch. The 4 inch version of the phone has also been sold separately at CPW, Argos, O2 and EE in the past.
My thoughts on the deal: It's cheap, but it's cheap for a reason. The handset and tablet are the lowest of the low end in 2016, especially the tablet which is crippled by 4GB storage and only 512MB RAM, the screen panel is also very poor quality (washed out, poor viewing angles, low resolution).
Cheap if you need a backup phone and tablet, but using them daily will be a frustrating experience.
