You're being mugged off ladies and gents. It does nothing. You get enough protein from your diet or can make a very small adjustment to do so. Everything else you just **** down the drain, literally*.

At the end of the day protein is protein, and you need it to build / maintain muscle. Sure you can change your diet a bit, but not everyone wants to eat an extra can or two of tuna every day, and when you consider that it'll be about 60p cheaper per serving of protein with this, it starts to make sense to me.
