20% off stock on the WD website.
Was looking for a desktop HDD for backup and extra storage as my PC only has small SSDs in.
I bought a WD elements 2TB USB 3.0 for £48.99 yet it is £65 on Amazon.
You have to register using your school, uni or college email address (within the education store) and it will send you an email with a temporary password for your account (if successful).
WD smart ware pro is also £15.99 with this discount.
Good if you know someone who is a student or obviously if you are a student yourself.
There is also a £10 voucher code for WD. Not sure on specifics though, not sure if it will work along side the 20% discount. Note that there is a minimum £100 spend to get £10 off
Vouchers don't work.

Only if you buy the ISIC bolt on for your NUS card.
I got the add on with mine, in case I can use it on holidays.

Just created an account but cannot see where to get the discount?
EDIT - just noticed it's UP TO 20%, only a tenner off the WD Red 3TB drive I was after

If you want more than one, picking up a my book duo for the drives works out much cheaper than individual drives...
As I can't see the deals without signing up, could anyone tell me if they have any My Cloud 4tbs on sale? (The white, single drive one.)

I've got my illegal NUS card and made it more illegal by adding the Gourmet bolt on. Stupidly I didn't add the fully illegal ISIS bolt on. Damn fool me.

Do they have normal hard drives? Eg I need a 6tb Red for my nas. I haven't signed up for the isic bolt on yet so can't see the prices. Thanks.

They do yes, but the real deal is in the link I posted, buy a MyBook Duo 12TB and inside it are two WD 6TB Red Drives for £265 or so.
Also those with academic e-mail addresses can get access.

Just spend £8.99 for an ISIC card - you cant buy the addon without replacing your NUS card (£5) still cheaper than ISIC direct (£12)
