I paid 3quid. Not even worth that...you may as well buy 2 pints of milk for cheap, use them as weights and get the bonus element of nutrition lol.

Just like last time this was posted: these are soft and strappable weights. You strap them to your legs/wrists and exercise with them. Not sure how much good 500g would really do, but you'd probably feel it if you went for a run with them on.

They are not soft enough to put on ankles. They are basically little dumbells with a hand strap. Pointless, may as well pay a bit more for actual decent dumbells.
