Gutted I missed out on this, is there anywhere else thats got them similar price?

Update- I received another email from them today after I complained from "Tash" apologising and telling me that it would ship today and come tomorrow. My order has changed to shipped and I've received a tracking code. It's apparently coming tomorrow from Fedex. Fingers crossed, but still it's taken over a week to send it when I was initially promised 2 days. Not exactly great, but they're pretty good at replying to you, even if what they say doesn't always come to pass.

Well honestly I'm still not sure what to make of them. I saw first of all on their page that it ships within 48 hours. Then I emailed them and got told 3-4 days. Then on the 5th day (Friday) I got told it was shipping then and would be with me on Saturday. I still don't have it and the order page still says "delayed". It hasn't changed to shipped and I've received no email to tell me it's been sent if it has. I doubt it to be honest.

They have replied to me fairly quickly most times but everything they seem to say to me is either a lie or just doesn't happen.

only thing is, they're using a SATA 3 SSHD but still only using a SATA 2 connection. You'll benefit from slightly faster system start up times, but when it comes to games, you're better off using a USB 3 external hard drive. Especially if you find one that runs at 7200 RPM.

There's a seller on eBay that has sold 89 of the Elite Controllers so far at £149.99. Take away the 10% eBay fees and that's still £135 you're taking home from each controller.

£40 for a normal controller so I guess you could work it out to £242.50 for an Elite console + regular controller.

I've already got a regular Xbox one but so tempted for this... however, gonna hold out for an Amazon EU deal as they're good to deal with any issues.

I bought the Elite just before Xmas for £300 (Amazon France Deal) and can say the controller is a thing of beauty (if that can be said about a controller).

Excellent price. Upgrade to an Elite in December, I notice the speed increase a little of the SSHD but the real winner is the controller which is currently selling at over £120 making the XBox just under £220

Why are people talking about selling the controller? It only comes with one so what are you gonna use? You'd still have to buy a standard one if that was the plan.

CEX are giving £98 cash so after eBay fees may be the better option with no quibbles. Also they are selling for less than RRP now.

Well we are talking about console users so don't expect too much from them,probably the plugging in the controller to the console and power cords is about as technical as the average user can get.

It will arrive with a EU 2 prong plug. There may be an adapter to use the EU plug in a UK socket. Adapters never hold the EU plug securely, as it grips only by the two metal prongs. Better option is to wire a UK plug onto the lead.

Warranty? What do you expect to happen? If if fails buy a new lead, and I'd like Microsoft prove it was due to a plug.

Wouldn't really want to do that for warranty reasons. 69p to buy a UK adapter or 69p to buy a UK plug????? I took to adapter route, less hassle.

​Have people forgotten (or don't know) how to wire a plug? It only has two wires, just cut the eu one off and add a UK one.

if you are not aiming for xbox exclusive game, nvidia shield is better. games that come to PC will be cheaper and can be played like xbox + it has the ability to play all media (movie mp3 etc) unlike xbox, and you get the android market as well

Doubt you could sell controller for anywhere near full price tbh, would rather buy from a trusted retailer and get a guaranteed no quibble warranty and receipt rather than risk a private seller (some excellent some very very bad). Decent deal if you actually want to keep it all though, voted hot.

Nope - it states "EURO unit - UK 3-pin plug adapter supplied as required" So the unit is supplied with a 2 pin euro plug and if required (ie if requested) a 2pin-3pin travel adapter is supplied. A proper UK mains lead can be bought for £7.50 on Amazon, possibly cheaper elsewhere.

Good deal but than you will still have to buy a normal controller if you want to sell this one.

So basically it would work out somewhere around 250+ anyway

This is an EU import, so will need a plug adapter. Quidco currently 6% for Rakuten. Also at Coolshop (ships from Denmark) at £339.95 with 5% Quidco. Or from Amazon.fr for 460Euros (+delivery) if the Euro/Pound exchange rate becomes more favourable (currently 1E=0.76£).
