Humidity Absorbers can reduce the amount of humidity in a room by up to 30 per cent. Great. Just paid £8 on Amazon. Oh well I needed the extra for free delivery anyway. May be worth a visit for spare tabs though

I bought an Aero 360 from Wilko and it's absolute rubbish IMO. Hygrometer in the room didn't even move after several days. Now got a proper dehumidifier which is absolutely no comparison... collected 2 litres in 48-hours.
Don't buy one of these thinking they, in any way, compare to a proper dehumidifier!

I would agree with you. using these to dehumidify an entire room is a bit like trying to fill a bath with the plug out. It's just not man enough for the task.
Where they are great though is for damp confined spaces. I have one in my under stairs cupboard, where it does a fair job of keeping damp at bay.

Agree with you on this.
We got one of the 360s and yes, it does collect the water but not enough. It may be good for confined spaces, maybe small caravans, but don't expect a miracle when you put one of those in your bedroom (unless it is a very tiny bedroom)

Trickle vents onky help if there is proper through ventilation and it's relatively dry outside. If u out Trickle vent in one of the windows for example and outside its rainy, all you will be doing is bringing outside moisture in the house...
