After reading Tmjbtv's comment I went to GAME at Walthamstow Central and the sales assistant (Kay) did confirm that this is a national deal for every GAME branch as long as they have it in stock.
Still, for anyone who doesn't want to bother going to GAME there's the Amazon Italy deal for £22.62 albeit it's on backorder now @ http://www.amazon.it/gp/product/B00LGILTHI/

The 3DS version looks terrible and runs extremely slow. It's a complete downgrade:
The only reason it exists is to get the 3DS userbase to pay for something while the NX isn't released. Wii U's userbase isn't big enough I guess.

The gameplay on 3DS certainly looks to have slowed down and the graphics aren't very good either. Seeing screenshots and an actual gameplay video definitely makes a lot of difference.

worth saying that video confirms the 3ds version is running on the standard...which has been confirmed to have framerate issues and frequently run slow. it's pretty much built for new 3ds, which also exclusively has th e3d option. comparison between new 3ds and 3ds https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y2J98CvVau4
plus 3ds games always look awful when strecthed more than the consoles native size
