I agree. Probably because the plastic wrapper is of such poor quality that it bakes the stuff it is supposed to preserve or protect or they are just not class 1 or they are all the way from Peru... Aldi shopping is not so great as it is hyped up to be. You really have to educate yourself with careful checking. Having said that, I once bought some green and some strawberries from Tesco, the first one was tough as old boot and the latter was too sour to swallow!
