had these in my local waitrose, reduced to a tenner to clear. I've never had it but like cinnamon so thought I'd get some. not everyone cuppa, doesn't seem to be online so local deal, could be national, who knows! I'm in Ashford in Kent

Oh Lordy! I LOVE this stuff. At £10 a bottle I would be pouring it on my Cornflakes in the morning. :smile:

I seem to be disagreeing with you a lot today, apologies for that. Not intentional and anyway I'm being playfully pedantic here.
Metals are used throughout the human body to build enzymes for example. Anyway Gold fortunately isn't an essential metal in the human body. The amount of Gold in this product is very minor and won't hurt you.
