The free trial should not involve them taking any payment. Had you already had a free trial? Think you should call customer services to discuss. At least you won't lose any sleep over this, what with your new pillows. :laughing::confused:

I bought some a few months ago, they didn't last long at all before clumping up. I'm fed up of buying pillows after pillows just to find them becoming flat as a pancake. Has anyone found anything decent, without spending an arm and a leg?

I have the same problem and have a cupboard full of pillows that I have rejected after a few months, best ones I have bought are from Ikea for about £11 :smiley:
