This BT3920 trio of cordless handsets have a 4cm screen size with 2 line display and an amber backlight. There is a 50 name and number memory directory in the phonebook with caller display capability and a choice of 5 ringtone melodies with adjustable ringer volume.
The handsets provide 120 hours of standby time and 12 hours of talk time. The alarm and keypad lock will help to prevent miss dialing. Last number redial will come in handy when you do miss a call and the 20 minutes of record time on the answering machine is ideal for when you can’t get to the phone.
For your flexibility, there is an indoor range of 50 metres and an outdoor range of 300 metres. A low battery alert and an out of range alert will keep you in the loop.
Included in this trio is a PSTN port, 1 main base, 2 chargers, a telephone line cord (already fitted), 3 mains power adapters, 6x AAA 500mAh rechargeable batteries (already inserted into handset, 2 per handset).

Ehm...me as we don't get a great mobile signal where we live and using a landline sure as hell beats hanging out a window in a force 10 gale with torrential rain trying to talk whilst maintaining a mobile signal and your dignity :confused:

Anyone who's local transmitter goes off line a couple of times a year.
Anyone who wants to get hold of someone at home, rather than ring 3 different numbers to ask the question.
Anyone who runs their business from home and doesn't want to be seen as slightly dodgy as they only have a mobile number.
