Seen some Sennheisers in Tesco Haverfordwest today from £7.50,down from £30, don't know which model,might be worth a look in your local Extra

The Sennheiser HD 219 are the poorest on ear headphones that i have purchased. Bass is muffled. Flimsy construction. Sits not well on the head (too loose). They are totaly uncomfortable after a few hours. I'm totally disapointing. Don't waste your money.

Ok they are on-ear so not the most comfortable I know I got some, but muffled bass ? Never ! it just isn't BOOMy, for that buy Beats or Dr Dre or any of the other crap out there. Sennheisers are designed for a neutral sound so it reflects more accurately what the source produces.
