Been look at a replacement for my old LG, and at only £45 seems a great deal for a 3D & Smart Blu Ray player, and much better value than the basic BD-J4500 model at Tesco which is £39.99.Not mentioned, but also has Coaxial digital output which I need for my home cinema setup, seems many only send this via HDMI return.
£45 price is for Instore / Click & Collect

This doesn't play MKV Files so thats a no no ! Better of buying the Panasonic one thats £50 at the moment and forget the 3D and get one that plays all the Video formats.

Not according to the official specs on the samsung site. Says it does. I have the 6500 version snd that certainly plays them, in fact it plays everything i throw at it, same for all the other samsung products i have used over the years.
Would be happy if I could find this at any store near work or home.

Anyone looking for a Bluray there are still 30% off certain Amazon Warehouse deals, there is still a Sony BDP-S3500 available for £41.40, Sony players are better reviewed than Samsung ones..
I have ordered goods from Amazon warehouse before with no problem, many have been as new, you still get their 12 months warranty, just check the package is complete before ordering.

Picked this up today. First impressions are that it looks rather cheap and nasty. However, it boots up quickly and comes with a decent remote.
