Mid range speeds in the 45mb/s range. Which isn't too bad for the mid range price. Plus water/shock/xray/magnetic 'proof'.

The Sandisk Cruzer Fit drives are a lot better value as they have much better performance
I've been fairly pleased with mine, although the reviews are right - it does get VERY hot. I'm a bit displeased with the build quality, however. The cheap plastic, and cheap tinny aluminium are a far cry from sealed USB drives like patriot and kingston offer
