Was trying to book ticket from Birmingham to Singapore cheapest found was Turkish Airlines for £720.
Then look what I found and already booked
I have booked Tickets from Manchester to Singapore Via Jeddah 2 Adults and 2 children mainly July- August school Holidays
The airline site was showing me £420 initially then went through Last minute site which showed me this fare and a local agent price matched. Thought the same could be done if some wants to travel.
Stopover while going is 3 hours
Stopover while coming back is 6 hours.
Allowing you to carry 23+23 Kg
2 Adults £789
2 Children under 12 years £523

I didn't know that, (thought it would be similar to emirates) but can sacrifice for £720-£328 = Singapore spending on drinks.

For a flight costing over 50% less than the next price I think not having alcoholic beverages for a few hours is a fair trade off.

what's the weather like in July august insingapore?
Bloody horrible , unless you enjoy feeling like your living inside a microwave oven and sauna at the same time. Then again Singapore does not even have a winter unlike my 2nd home of Hong Kong for 6 years so you will be a bit stuffed no matter when you go.
IF you have ever been to Florida in the summertime then it is normally worse than there.
Trust me if your there in july you will be crossing the streets a lot just to get to stay in the shadows of the buildings just keep yourself cooler by a few degrees. Some Chinese call it shadow dancing.
As to the price of the ticket it's very good as i normally pay £550 + to hong kong and when i used to fly to Singapore it was normally not much cheaper than HK. There's a lot more to do in hong kong as well and the winter is a hell of a lot better at a steady 20ish degrees rite now which will drop by Chinese year as it's having another late winter .
