No idea whether this is national, so listed as local offline deal. Can't see stock being around for long.
A few other decent titles to be had too from what I could see.

I know there's a huge reason why Xbox One versions are always a lot cheaper these days, but I'm still kinda envious. In a couple years time I wouldn't be surprised to see the gap consistently being at least £5. Not a lot, but it adds up for those willing to sacrifice quality for cheaper games.

What is this huge reason?

PS4 is drastically outselling XB1 (I think).

Pretty much. I recall quite a lot of PS3 games being cheaper than Xbox 360 for a lot of last gen too, before PS3 eventually took the lead and things evened out.
Add in the fact that developers literally don't give a toss anymore when it comes to Xbox One versions of multiplatform games. Even something as simple as people owning both consoles, chances are most multiplatform games will be bought on PS4, leading to lower Xbox One software sales, leading to cheaper prices. It's not a nice cycle for Microsoft right now. That gap is only going to widen.
But there are many happy Xbox One owners out there who don't give a crap about how well a game plays or looks, and just want to kill stuff

Played the free part of this game, didn't really like it. Not surprised it's being flogged on the cheap already
