As far as I can see, Amazon only honour their lowest listed price pre - launch date or credit you the difference, if it drops within a specific period after launch :disappointed:

Does anyone if the Resident Evil (HD Remake Remastered) is the game cube version or the one that is already available through the dashboard? I only ask this a Resident Evil Zero (HD Remake Remastered) was a gamecube game.

Not sure that I understand your question properly, but these are remastered versions of both the Gamecube games (REmake and Zero). The first game had a digital release early 2015, Zero has now had the same treatment and will be released digitally but is also getting a physical release with the first game on disc - which is this product.

The resident evil H/D version on the dashboard is the remastered version of the original PlayStation version and not the GameCube version. (The GameCube version was a remaster of the original and included other bits not included in the original PlayStation version) . So my question was is this the GameCube port or the PlayStation port on the disc??

What do you mean by 'on the dashboard'? Do you mean available to download on PC/consoles? The version released in January 2015 is a *remaster* of the Gamecube *remake* of the original Playstation game. That's what is on this disc with the Zero *remaster*. There is no Gamecube 'port'; there was a Wii port of the Gamecube *remake*.
I'm pretty sure that's the gist of it. Hope that helps!

I bought a gamecube for the RE remake. 2, 3 and veronica were rereleased on the gamecube too. 4 was also on it eventually, 0 was gamecube exclusive if I remember correctly, never did get round to finishing that... This is the HD upgrade to the gamecube versions of 0 and 1. Full remake of RE 2 is confirmed but no date set!

The only version of RE to be remastered was the Gamecube version which has extra bits added to the story (Lisa etc)
you can not get a copy of the original PS1 version on the PS4.
I already downloaded the RE1 remaster but this price is still worth it for the 2 :smile:

Yeah, it dropped to £22 after they sent me it but they refunded me the difference so I got it for £22
