had this put down to me once, and honestly it's disgusting chewy tasteless spew, (like the polystyrene packaging that look like wotsits, the dug told me honest :stuck_out_tongue: I'd rather eat ma string vest than this p**h, some how i don't see wee Ethiopian mo farrow sitting doon to this artificial cows dung in a stir-fry etc...

Heat! Great stuff - tasty, healthy, versatile!

I'm not even a veggie but I buy this stuff and keep it in the freezer. I prefer something like the Cauldron marinated tofu pieces (or of course, real chicken) in a stir fry over this, but I like that you can just sling it in at the start of cooking a stir fry or whatever and away you go - no need to defrost, etc.
