How are these compared to Focal dome set up?

Have never heard the Q's but the focal dome are very good high-end speakers and also get great reviews. Being classed as style/satellite speakers they are wife friendly and will take up less room if you are pushed for space.
Had mine for a couple of years now and they sound awesome. I have replaced the dome sub with a bkxls400 and paired with a sony str-dn1050 amp. Don't let the size fool you as you could buy cheap 6ft floorstanders that sound craptastic.:sunglasses:

Going for Focal Dome, Q Acoustic 2000/7000 or KEF E305 etc etc... You can't really go wrong. They're all excellent.
I'd highly recommend anyone looking to purchase speakers to ring a local audio shop or Richersounds and ask to demo them in store, most welcome it and sound even have proper demo rooms.
Also - for anyone else - if it's your first dip into it... Make sure you demo the receiver with the speakers, as the sound you get from a Yamaha or Denon would differ from a Sony AV Receiver.
I can promise anyone though.. The first time you jump from TV audio / soundbar to a full 5.1 - you won't go back and anything else sounds awful. Took me a while to graduate my dad up, got him a Panasonic soundbar at first which he loved and now installed him a fully 5.1 Tannoy system with a Yamaha AV Receiver for his birthday. I don't think he'll go beyond that. That's the great thing though, once you've got a great set of speakers you don't need to upgrade.. Technology doesn't really move on, a truly exceptional 5.1 set is always going to be a truly exceptional 5.1 set.
Richer Sound still have some in stock at £379.95 but they are running low apparently. They have free home delivery too but you need to order them over the phone by calling one of the shops.

What are you blabbering on about....
Perhaps when you understand the home audio market a little, you'll realise that the term "style speakers" is used to describe a certain category of speaker (rather than a statement of "this has style and x does not)...
It is a category in which the likes of bookshelf or floor-standers typically don't fall into. More reserves for setups such as KEF eggs, T series, B&W MT series, Q Acoustic 7000 etc etc. You'll also get some odd high end floorstanders that'll occasionally fall into it, like the Muon, it's rare though as most don't like to classify them as such.

Can't recommend Q Acoustic enough, the 1000* series was my first experience of going with an AV Receiver and full 5.1. Moved onto KEF eggs now as i prefer style speakers, suit my living room better.... You can't go wrong with the 2000i though, heard they're tops.

style is completely subjective.
you only think the kef's are stylish based on your own opinion not fact. some would think that wooden floorstanders for instance are 10 times more stylish than little eggs

Just noticed these are the glass finish which usually cost more. Even better deal (though personally I like the graphite finish ones I have).

Amp wise it depends on the features/spec you want to go for you can pay anything from a few hundred to a few K for a fantastic amp.

These are just the speaker packages. No Amp built in. Generally speaking on good AV equipment you would buy a separate amp.
