I have the c120 xtra and it's fantastic! Would definitely recommend this for cleaning the cars, patio, drive etc. One thing to note is that the detergent bottle is not great for applying snow foam to cars, but you can buy a snow foam lance separately. Heated.

I've had mine 18months or so and it's been brilliant to be fair, only thing that isn't much cop is the snow foam which comes with it - bought a more specialist one from Amazon to suit the Nilfisk and its now perfect
