That's not right.
The five is fine but ideally you want 6. The 4 is ok as it means its protected from water in all directions. Personally I would go 65.... one mo.....
First Digit (intrusion protection)
0 No special protection
1 Protection from a large part of the body such as a hand (but no protection from deliberate access); from solid objects greater than 50mm in diameter.
2 Protection against fingers or other object not greater than 80mm in length and 12mm in diameter.

Internally circa 9.5cm deep which may not be sufficient to accommodate certain plug-based power adaptors and still allow full closure of lid, esp considering circa 1cm is "stolen" by the 4-way extension block (happened to me at Christmas when attempting to use this item to protect mains-powered external lights).

just snip the 12v adapter off and plug in to a normal socket, LEDs are fine at 230v
or
install a 12v transformer at your fuse box and run a new ring mains for any outdoor lighting.
