ahhh I don't think that the mantra applies here and a lot of of other stuff on hotukdeals. As the is it worth it wouldn't apply so long as it is actually worth it. Which. Hopefully and usually it is. :wink:

I looked at their stuff before Xmas and true a lot of stuff are gimmicky Xmas stuff but there were a couple of things that I actually wanted to get for my little niece or nephew, one was the slinky but at eight pound at the time I thought better of it went back the other day to see if it was reduced but all the good stuff had gone. Managed to get some truffles half price before Xmas though everywhere seemed to be doing things half price the weekend before Xmas then after put the prices back up.
Retail nowadays is all skewed

Thank you, just order the Million Pound Drop card game, Eggheads card game and a pair of fluffy bed socks - total paid £3.25 (would have cost me £12.50 before the sale).
