I would gently fry off some black pudding.....then make up some nice citrus dressed salad....add those to the beetroot mixture with fresh crusty bread as well.....SOLD.....I'm off to Iceland!

I tried it yesterday and it tastes lovely.. but I do enjoy goat's cheese, I know that's not to everyone's taste :smiley:

I just had my breakfast and I feel sick at the thought of this. Beetroot and Goat's cheese, eeeewwwwww nasty.
If you've ever kept Goats and I have, Goat's cheese tastes like how Goat's generally smell, if that makes sense. Once you smell a Goat and taste the cheese, nah it's not happening for me. Rank.
