Cups with non white innards should be banned. I also have this problem. A. You can't inspect cleanliness and B. It is hard to judge if your beverage has been prepared to specification.
You can never enjoy a drink under these circumstances.

'Prepared to specification' you're dead right though! It's so wrong! Makes the tea look too weak- even when it isn't! I'm sure it absolutely, definitely tastes better from a white mug

Correct juggler1.
A person who utilises such items cannot be trusted to apply due care and attention to tea/coffee making duties.
Of course, it should be noted that any colour, patterning, design, logo etc is fine on the outside and may even be tolerated if it encroaches slightly into a largely plain white inner.
