Cheap flights to North America in August. Obviously, it's more of an outdoors type of holiday so won't suit everyone.

I am dismayed at the ignorance of some people here. Autumn colours in August? Bleak? Nasty, cold desolate hell-hole? The weather in Newfoundland is equal to or warmer than the UK during August, and as in the UK and other places some areas are not so nice as others. The city of St. John's is the oldest in NORTH AMERICA. there hundreds of other facts if you can do a simple search in Google. By the way it is more south than the UK!!

Some good cheap flights to other destinations too, including Toronto. Now that's a city worth seeing and only an hour or so from Niagara Falls.
