True, but I think the poster was just making the point that just because that this is a vegan product, doesn't make it good for you. I don't think he was saying it was BAD for you, specifically, and just to check labels when you buy food.

In general, but there's lots of exceptions to those rules. Being processed or unnatural does not automatically mean it's bad for you, just the majority of the time something else is done during this time that makes it unhealthy.

It depends what processed food, really. To keep processed foods in an edible state, sodium and other preservatives may be added, and food that is not natural, grown out of the ground, will not be as good for you. Processed meats have been found to be carcinogenic, also. I term processed foods as anything that has been altered from it's natural state.

My second question would be, and what's wrong exactly with "processed" food?
The term "processed" has literally zero meaning to me, and I've spent vast amounts of time reading up on nutrition and healthy living.
