I've bought from them a bunch of times and it's always been fine. Pre-orders usually come a few days before release, and there's some good bargains to be had too.

I've had a number of issues with my orders placed with them. They're fine if you order any recent titles from them but for certain old stock they just simply tell you they've posted it whilst they're waiting for stock...

With older or rarer stuff, they've been known to lie on their website. They say they've got it in stock, when they actually haven't.
Once I ordered something from them, it said it was in stock. In the end I didn't get it till a month later, and it was the US version. Console was region free, but was kind of besides the point.

this collectors edition is very lazy... you can get the game itself for about £15 now. You're basically paying an extra £20 odd for a plush, a cheapy lanyard (who even uses these nowadays?) a cheapy produced keychain and some shiny cardboard shaped like a chest
(not even made out of wood!) - not even an art book, soundtrack, steelbook or sculpture!

If you look at their feedback on Amazon for the last month..it's around 30% negative/neutral. Plenty of unhappy customers not recieving their orders. They've lost the buybox.

yep their communication is dreadful and I'll never use them again, took them 1 week to send out PES2016 and I returned a broken guitar hero and despite sending numerous emails which they aknowledged they didn't bother answering (still haven't 6 weeks later WTF?)

yep happened once with me I found an oldish game on their site half the price of anywhere else and they told me it was posted 3 weeks later I still didn't have it, they said they'd post a replacement when it came in stock waited another few week and they still hadn't sent so demanded a refund, I believe that they never sent it in the first place. I have bought quite a few things and had no problems but won't trust them again for older items.
