Just got back from using this exact route yesterday.
I went to visit a friend, went scuba diving, went to see Mayan ruins on the Yucatan, and guess what......I'm alive.
Your comment is nonsense.
Better not leave the house because, you know, the world is dangerous and stuff.

Thankyou for the education, but you seem to have missed the point.....of this site and travel.
Like I say, stay indoors.
Keep reading wikipedia. The world is a horrible place.
P.S. You see, there are 28 countries with lower murder rates than the UK?.....better pack your bags quick! (Unless you're already typing comments from your bubble in Monaco?!)

Does that mean that any cheap flight which comes up to USA is a cold deal due to the fact that >1000 people last year were killed by their own police force?
Shut up and get out from under your bridge!

You didn't die, therefore it is safe..?
What about the other 120,000 who have died as a result of conflict between 2006-2013, or the other 27,000 that went "missing" in that same period. But no, you didn't see it first hand so the danger must not exist.
Maybe try reading up about it. Or looking at the statistics, such as being placed 27th highest murder rate in the world, out of 218 countries. Would be even higher if not for 7 of the countries with a higher rate having a total count of less than 56.

Why didn't you say who the deal was with ? It's like you found it yourself . But very misleading . You need to edit the title to say so.

The point of this site is to evaluate deals. Such as reasons for why something is cheap. I pointed out the fact 21,000~ people a year are murdered by organisations with billions of pounds of drug money might factor into that. Maybe the fact mass graves have been found in Cancun in the last few years. Maybe the fact Los Zetas have been known for rounding up bus loads of civilians, who later wind up in a big hole in the ground. Maybe because student protesters get rounded up by police and handed over to cartel to also wind up in a big hole. Maybe..
Or maybe you want to get a great deal on a trip to the beautiful and ancient history abound countries of Iraq and Syria. Probably very cheap now.
