They always say that Coke tastes better out of a glass bottle. My local Asda has a big display of the 1 Litre glass bottle Diet Coke at a decent price of £1.15. The larger size glass bottles look great just on display once you've finished the Coke. I asked if this was a National deal but (as usual) the member of staff didn't know. Still worth looking out for just in case.

Definitely tastes different from the glass bottle....hard to say it's better as such, but I do prefer it - mainly as it reminds me of when I was a kid and my dad used to go inside the pub and bring us out the cokes in glass bottles with a straw in.

Saw this the other day in Asda. They had them for xmas not sure why it's only diet they did in glass bottles.

The did regular Coke too, it just sold out (especially when they reduced it on Boxing Day).

Had these in my local asda too, both diet and regular. Coke definitely does taste better out of a glass bottle.. placebo or no, I just want more.
