I'm confused, many of the reviews on the site state they bought as a replacement for the same bin as it had a broken lid. Yet still gave it a good review?
Seems a lot for a plastic bin but reviews suggest ppl like it

Mines going back. Lid was scratched BUT, it feels and looks really cheap and nasty.

Saw this in store today and got it as good value for a stainless steel bin. Plastic lid - good design, doesn't feel cheap to me.

Comes with 5yr guarantee - curved will send free lids out without hesitation - quite like mine because of flat back that means it saves space

I bought one last week for my mum. .. I thought good quality for price. ..plastic body made to look metal. great if you don't fancy the expensive brabantia or simplehuman bins that can be over £100

I have the black one of this, just bought a replacement as the lid did break on our first one - but it lasted a good few years!
The shape is great as you get decent size but it's quite slimline - would never go back to a normal bulky rectangular shape bin
