These are ok for average DIY but the pendulum does wobble about giving poor cuts , if you want a cheap jigsaw with a bit of stronger body and better grip try this screwfix jigsaw £17

I cannot believe they are still making even these cheap jig saws with the grub screw method off tightening the chuck. Absolutely useless and made even worse on these cheap machines that use poor quality materials, guaranteed to fail.
