Doesn't that make it £9, not £3?

I had a niggling doubt when I wrote it as I know most of the Muller light ones were free. I think it is a nice freebie if you already buy the meals.

Aren't the meals etc on 2 for £5 at the moment? They were at the weekend so one could but 4 meals and then get the yoghurts

They weren't when I went on Monday, I presume this deal replaces that one.

That must have ended on Sunday then. I know stores are selling off the chicken sausages for £1.50 a bag. There aren't the best but alright enough at that price.

For people who arent into slimming foods, but just want good ready meals, these are delicious and you get a lot, they are a bit pricey, but the contents are good, and pretty much as close to what you would get if you made them yourself (instructions on how to replicate the meal yourself are on the back of the packaging).

No fat but over 10g of sugar in each yoghurt. I should have the meals and skip the yoghurt. WHO daily allowance for sugar is 6 teaspoon (3.5 x 6 = 21g). So half your daily allowance in one pot! Yes the slimming world meals are good balance, lowish in fat and high protein with good complex carbs.

A teaspoon is now 3.5g? Pretty sure it's 4g. And people say labeling things in teaspoons would be better.
The WHO recommends a maximum allowance of 25g of added sugar however it's important to note that this is based on limiting dental caries and not preventing things like obesity like most people probably think. As this is fruit yoghurt, it will already contain natural sugars from the fruit and yogurt itself so that 10g of sugar will actually be less in terms of added sugar.
A yogurt containing about 90kcal isn't exactly going to ruin a weight loss program.

If you put the lemon ones in the freezer for 4 hours they taste a bit like lemon sorbet when they come out x

I am very disappointed. I bought 10 frozen Slimming World Meals, expecting to receive 5 x 2 packs of Muller Light Greek yogurts free. When I had put all the meals through the till I asked where to go for the free offer. Apparently there were none left & no alternative offer was suggested.
As I had looked on line earlier I was very surprised & disillusioned. As a pensioner, I was looking forward to my free treats. Surely if you run out of the 'carrot' there should be some other compensation for the 'donkey'?
Gutted!!
