I think the quality is OK, but the branding is too "in your face" for me.

I like craghopper quality, however we won't go near these regardless of the price due to the fact that Bear Gryll's is a complete @rse you have to get very lucky to get a decent BG tool that isn't humiliation in your hands, VFM & works well.

(basically possessing his stuff is asking to be drowned out with laughter by bushcrafters where 90% of "Bear approved" kit is concerned).

my daughter said (back at xmas) looking at the site, that's ok i'd wear it but zoom in & see if the BG logo can be removed without wrecking the top, I don't want to look like a [email protected] ..she's 12 & in the cubs onwards has seen so much baloney from him..

Bought my son the fluffy Cleese before Christmas and he loves it. Quality is excellent. It's the little things like the hood being shaped to fit perfectly. The logo is too big for my liking but he doesn't care
