Hmmm.... Heat given for an IPS panel at that cost, but no HDMI would make me think twice....

Not really a deal breaker, just get a DVI to HDMI cable if your system only has HDMI output and you should be good to go. If it only had VGA then that would be a different story.

Never had any problems with Ebuyer. They've always be consistent, reliable and their customer service have always been top notch for me. Not to mention competitive pricing and just generally stocking a range of good products.
Heat added! But yes lack of a HDMI is a bit of a pain!

Agree. I try to look for monitor deals with HDMI and built in speakers, no matter how tinny. Pick up a cheapo Chromecast or Now TV and you have 90% functionality of a TV.

Nothing wrong with IPS, 1080p and bezels for £90!
Massive jump in picture quality compared to crappy TN panels.

I suspect we're going to see a few offers on ultrawides soon with the new models that are being announced at CES. Old models will need to be cleared out. I also think once you hit the 34" mark you want a curved model. Honestly sit with your head positioned at bezel of your flat monitor and then look to the far edge of the screen. That's what a flat ultrawide is going to look like at the edges. The curve genuinely helps on those devices unlike regular tv's.
On this offer though good price for an IPS. Only comes with a VGA cable so budget in a digital cable as well if you don't have a spare, which you also may as well make a HDMI to DVI type cable provided your source has a HDMI output. No speakers so not ideal for games consoles unless you can use the optical out on them or don't mind popping headphones into the controller.
What I will say as an Acer owner is the controls are terrible. On mine all the buttons just bring up the onscreen menu, none work as shortcuts for certain functions like most sensible monitor interfaces do. And their blue power LED is a tacky, glaring, cheap piece of garbage.

But it's a £90 IPS monitor so suck it up.
