Just wondering once I've paid the 99p I can cancel through PayPal and still use it for the next 3 months right? Don't trust myself to remember to cancel it in 3 months is all.

Now may be a handy time to remind people who have a gmail or googlemail email account that [email protected] and [email protected] are the same account but to databases like Spotify they are a new user!

(You can add a period anywhere in userna.me and it will go to your correct username account).
This only works for Google Email as far as I'm aware.

Bought this deal last year. The Mac I used to sign up still has Premium working on it, even though I didn't subscribe beyond the introductory period. May not work for everyone, but def worth a try.

I got this deal 2 weeks ago with my current account. Maybe they changed it to new customers only. Either way, great deal.

I made a new Spotify account but it's not letting me pay with my Paypal. Is it because I've already used Paypal for free premium before and in that case I can't ever take advantage of one of these offers anymore?

Ah, well, I can only use Paypal that is linked to my bank account as I don't have any credit cards and the card my bank provided can only be used to withdraw money from an ATM, not for online payments.

I've done this 3 times using the same Debit card.

For those asking about playing songs from old playlist/ transferring playlists across to the new account, you can do this:

1. Right click the playlist on your main account (in the sidebar) and check "Collaborative Playlist".
2. Copy the link that allows people to modify the playlist.
3. Create a new account and purchase this 3 months deal.
4. Go into the search bar and paste the link you copied.
5. Follow the playlist on the new account.
6. Making a Collaborative Playlist means you can add and change songs in that playlist (i.e. it isn't locked to your main account).

Note: This is assuming you are using Spotify Desktop. It's a bit trickier with the Mobile App.

I am using this offer now, I used Premium before so I created another email id and now I got 3 months in 99p ... its worth it because I don't have any specific playlist

Went for it last night, skipped out on most of these offers since they are for new accounts only, would have been great if it worked on the same account everytime this offer came about, but will finally give it a go, Spotify is great for finding new music.
