Rather strange what is going on with these compressors at Aldi, end of November they were being dumped at anything from £34.99. with no tools available.
Then at the begining of December all the stores near me had large stocks of tools in stock.

'Tat?' with a 3 year warranty, perfect for DIY tasks. Professionals may wish to look elsewhere though good luck finding a 3 year warranty.
Had been looking out for one though will need to look again, thanks OP.

I disagree. My experience of their power tools has been very good. I have a range of top brand stuff, Bosch Professional, Makita etc which are all great, but for occasional use things such as a pole chainsaw which was £40 compared to £600 for a Stihl one you can't go wrong.

Excellent buy. Mine is at least 5 years old, plugged in 24/7 and never missed a beat.

Paired with an impact wrench, would this be good for removing nuts torqued to 400nm?
Also, can it be used for inflating tyres, with the correct attachments?

No idea regards torque capabilities though yes, can be used to inflate tyres.

Quite fancied one of these at 50 quid, so went for a look at Bellshill, they had around a dozen of them out , but were priced at £89. Will need to keep an eye on them i think.
