Phone them before you leave your house. They are very good - at least the one at Becontree Heath, Dagenham. They answered the phone before their opening time. You can even ask them to put them aside for you. Just be nice to let them know the latest time you want to pick the stuff up so that they can sell them in case you fail to turn up.
