I have one for the Pi Zero, which works OK. Contrary to what it says, it does stick out a little bit still, as the MicroUSB part is slightly longer than normal, but it still looks good.

Instant OTG for most devices / cables (not the slim USB sticks) - turns a standard Micro USB cable into a male-to-male Micro USB (to connect PS4 pad / other Micro USB device to your phone).
