Most likely not. Cheap UHD usually have high input lag.

Having had a Toshiba 'Smart TV' for over a year - I can confirm that there is nothing smart about their Smart platform. Its slow, flakey, prone to crashing and pretty much unusable....so if you're buying it for its Smart abilities....look elsewhere...
