I think the link is broken. Even though it leads to the website with the £99 offer it does not come up when you actually search for specific dates.
It is true, you can get can cheaper prices for Balcony or Upper Circle category as you mentioned before.
But for the better 'Stalls' category prices seem to start from £220 (for 2 people), while with this specific deal you can get them for £198 (and I would also prefer the Holiday Inn over Travelodge)

It seems one has to go through Travelzoo website to actually be able to book this deal. I thought it would have been quicker to cut out the middle man, but unfortunately doesn't seem to work that way
