We went to the Thurrock Range this Wednesday - big sign said 25% off Christmas outdoor lighting! I enquired about some unpriced xmas parcel lights, "they're not in the sale" I was told.
35% off connectable lighting! - erm no, not those ones, they aren't in the sale either
50% off Christmas clothing! - not the Star Wars ones, they shouldn't be on that rail
and so it went on.
I picked up a box of Christmas cards maked 50% off but no original price. Turned out they had been £1.99 for 10 but as they sold everywhere else for £1 anyway, I didn't bother.
Very disappointed with The Range - they usually have great bargains, not so much this time. They couldn't even be bothered to make us up a sandwich in the cafe despite the fact that we only wanted cheese and tomato, the sign said they would make up fresh and there was no-one else waiting.
