Excellent price for this. Turns your Surface 3 into a full desktop PC with plenty of ports and much faster charging. This normally retails for £165.
Currently £89.99 at Microsoft Store online with free shipping and returns.
Also at Currys/PC World - these are no longer available at Currys online but are available in some stores - can't check stock online, so it's luck of the draw. There were 2 in stock at Gateshead Team Valley (I nabbed one) and I saw 1 at the Durham Retail Park store.
NOTE: This is for the Surface 3 ONLY. It will NOT fit the Surface Pro 3 or 4 or earlier Surface 2/RT models.
Ports:
Power supply input
2 USB 3.0 ports
2 USB 2.0 ports
Gigabit Ethernet port
3.5mm audio input/output connection
Mini DisplayPort video output
Security lock slot
NOTE: At MS Store - 1 per customer. Offer ends 2nd Jan or until stocks last.

The surface pro dock (for 3) will work with an adaptor free from MS this one will not.
Currys did have stock of the pro 3 dock a couple of weeks ago for £99 all gone now.

Can this be used with the SP4? Or is there a separate docking station for that?
Another thread on here linked to a page that suggest you can get a free adapter for using with SP4

The pro version for a surface 3 also will work with a 4 (little harder to find), I ended up with a belkin usb 3 dual video docking stand for windows 8 tablet, pretty long name!
from amazon last week, it cost me £61.73 on prime.

Instead of one of those I'd rather get a USB 3.0 docking station with USB/video ports
(hmmm those are probably more expensive + won't come with a power cable)
but... when you get a new device you don't have to buy a new docking

I've got a SP3 and looking at doing the same... just so I've got universal compatibility with my gf's laptop etc.

Neat blog post on it too
Just received one myself, the box was barely noticeably damaged and the dock is fine. How about this too....

"The mini DisplayPort connection delivers high-definition video resolution of up to 3840 x 2600 DPI."
However, if you need to convert to 1080p HDMI, this is your friend for £7:
