VPN required unfortunately! (not sure if correct rate either!) Step by step:
1.) download Hola/Tunnelbear.
2.)Connect to Mexico.
3.)click on get deal, add item to cart.(can be any edition, prices vary though)
4.) On cart page choose Paypal, (Can turn off VPN before clicking continue to PayPal)
(hopefully these deals are appreciated on here! will remove if not)

Did somebody manage to get it ? I keep receiving the 4014 error. tried deleting payment methods to no avail.

I didn't go further than the payment stage, but did you turn off your vpn before entering paypal?

Tried both ways. Didn't work. I used an encrypted VPN so I didn't worry about security

Waiting till its £15 then will jump on it. Way too expensive and they essentially are killing the game themselves by charging over £100 for a full version
