If you're a former premium subscriber that cancelled before the 1st November, Spotify is running a promotion that lets you subscribe for 3 months for £9.99 until the end of the year. Most promotions are for new users/subscribers, whereas this is for former premium subscribers.
(And, yes, you could a new account, but some people like to be above board - or, perhaps more importantly, don't want to mess about with their playlists etc!)

Good deal, especially if the 3 months for 99p offer expired. Personally I don't mind making a new account to get the introductory deals. But it's heat from me...

The 3 months for 99p is still available. Admittedly you'll have to create a new account but that's not exactly challenging.

Should be "get 3 months for £9.99 for being a loyal paying customer for years" Bloody annoys me how companies do this.

great timing, i canceled my spotify whilst i used up the 3 free months of apple music, which is due to run out at the end of the month, spotify is FAR superior in my opinion.

This.
Worth getting a 3 Sim just to qualify for 6 months free Deezer.
I have had both services and Deezer is just as good if not better.

If you're logged out and go to this web address it should come straight up https://www.spotify.com/uk/ It just did when I logged out and went to this page.

It wouldn't take more than a few minutes to import your playlist from an old account, and for a saving of £9, i'd rather do that.
