good deal with the 2 lenses, much better than getting a refurb for a bit less and owners do tend to go on and on about them.....
Not a bad deal. The Sony E mount is quite nice, and it is easy to get adaptors for other formats.

I'm pretty set up with m43 kit, but I'd buy this in a heartbeat if it actually came with a usable 1650mm for less than 300 notes!

Not sure about it not being "nowhere near" as good, but I was thinking the same thing, as I want this lens for my a5100; do you know where I can get a decent amount back for the a5100+16 50? (not ebay!)

I still have the original NEX-5,the NEX-5R and from last year the A5100 also.........there really is not that great a difference between them in terms of outright picture quality, they're all very good, the extra pixels of the A5100 are handy for cropping and the video is much improved but for me the handling is actually worse I preferred the decent hand grip on the original metal NEX bodies and the faster processing and burst speed.
The idea that the picture quality (I guess thats what you mean) of the A5000 is "nowhere near as good" and the A5100 is daft, a very subtle difference more like and unless using the best primes you would not notice.
However I would deffo recommend buying the A5100 over the A5000 when the prices have been as close as in recent days mainly because the screen is sharper, the video is improved and the focusing is slightly quicker.

Prime doesn't work in france . You need one for each country. However you can do trial.
