I love this phone, bought one as a backup phone to my Lumia 830 and use it most days. I'm running the Windows 10 preview and it's been great, almost perfect in fact. Be aware it IS a budget phone, but it's a great budget phone, far better than some of the cheaper Android devices I've used in the past. When I was replacing my 830, I used this as a daily driver for a few weeks and didn't mind it at all. So good was it that I bought my Daughter one as a first phone (disposable).
After decades of using Android, I moved to Windows Phone, no regrets at all. I won't be back.
Buy it and try it......

No Windows 10 for this yet, description is a bit misleading.

Looks like a good phone apart from the lack of front camera.
I ended up getting one of the Blu Windows phones for my daughter in an Amazon deal.
From my research it seems that Windows phones at the low end are a lot better than equivalent low end Android phones. But I could be wrong of course. :-)

windows phones at any end are better. I have a Nokia 920, a moto g 3 rd gen and used to have a iPhone 5s. Windows OS is by far the easiest to use and most stable. ios and android have more apps but no where near as good to use. Looking forward to next years surface phone.

I agree that Android is full of bugs - across all my phones I have always had some sporadic battery draining issues, for example. But I would not dismiss the wide range of apps - if an Android phone can do it, and a Windows phone can't, the Windows phone is not suitable as my primary device.
That being said, I would really like to try Windows Phone. Is this a good opportunity to get started?
Argh, I just noticed 800x480 pixel. What is this, 2010?

Love this phone, got 2 in our household. Hoping Microsoft phones are a sucess in the future as wouldn't want to go back to Android now!

It's £39....
anyway, at the price I can't see why anyone would go for this over the brand new Lumia 550 from 02 at £49

The thing I love about Windows phones is that the experience is mostly the same across all devices. It's the camera that mostly sets a flagship model apart from a budget one, but in daily use (aside from photos) they run much the same.
