Im guessing there is no real difference for using this with the Xbox one as opposed to using the official green edition?
Anyone had any experience?
Thanks.

There shouldn't be any issue using this or any other usb 3 drive on your XB1. This and the xbone edition are pretty much the same, still a 7200rpm drive inside. Probably the only difference is that this version has a intermediary board that switches from sata to usb interface, as opposed to the xb1 edition having usb built into the drive itself.

I have this drive installed in my XB1 and it works great, there is no noticeable difference in performance between this and the internal drive.

Excellent Thank you, I think this one might be a 5400 rather than 7200 so that could maybe be the difference..

"Apparently" the M9T is as fast as any other 2.5 7200rpm drive thanks to the superior 2x1gb platters... I think.
